Before you choose us for your transfer, these are the things you need to know.

We only transfer firearms to Texas residents.

You must be a legal U.S. resident/citizen.

All firearm purchases require a background check or an active Texas LTC. Failure to pass the background check will result in forfeiture of the firearm(s) in question to Rock House Firearms, LLC. Make sure you understand federal and state disqualifiers before you attempt a firearm purchase at our establishment.

All federal and state regulations will be followed.

We do not do private party transfers.

In the event a firearm arrives at our business, we will do our due diligence to contact the buyer, but if the firearm goes unclaimed for 90 days, it becomes the property of Rock House Firearms, LLC.

All transfer fees are $30 from the other guys or free if you order with us.
