Terms & Conditions for Online Firearms Purchases

Legal Compliance

By purchasing a firearm or related product from Rock House Firearms, LLC, you agree that:

You are at least 18 years old to purchase rifles or shotguns, and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns.
You are legally allowed to purchase and possess firearms and ammunition under federal, state, and local laws.
You are not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) (e.g., convicted felon, domestic abuser, unlawful user of controlled substances, etc.).

Firearm Purchases & FFL Transfer

All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.
You must provide valid contact information for your selected FFL or choose one from our FFL database during checkout.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the firearm you purchase is legal to own in your jurisdiction.
You must pass a background check and complete any required paperwork at the FFL dealer before receiving your firearm.
If your FFL transfer is denied or you fail to complete the transfer, the firearm becomes the property of the FFL you chose to ship to and Rock House Firearms, LLC will not issue a refund.

Ammunition Sales

You must be of legal age and comply with all local/state/federal laws regarding the purchase and possession of ammunition.
Some states require ammunition to be shipped to an FFL or require additional documentation. You are responsible for knowing your local laws.

Restricted Items

We do not ship firearms, ammunition, or magazines to jurisdictions where they are prohibited. This includes (but is not limited to):

California (certain firearms/magazines)
New York City
Washington, D.C.
Chicago, IL
Connecticut, New Jersey, and other states with restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot legally be fulfilled due to local regulations.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders typically ship within 2 business days after payment is received, and FFL info is verified.
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Firearms are shipped only to verified FFL holders.
Non-firearm items may be shipped directly to you where legal.

Returns & Cancellations

Firearms and ammunition are non-returnable once transferred or delivered.
If you cancel before shipment, a cancellation fee may apply.
Defective products must be returned to the manufacturer per their warranty and return policy.

Product Descriptions & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure product information and pricing is accurate.
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions and cancel any orders affected by such errors.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rock House Firearms, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability, claim, or damages arising from your purchase, ownership, or misuse of any product obtained through our site.

Changes to Terms
